So I made a 4-Track record over the course of three different days. One of the days was near the end of October and the other two were during the first weekend in November. It has 8 songs in total, but I’m thinking I might scrap one of them and save it for later. All of the songs except for one were written during the recording process and it was my first time using a four track machine. It was a ton of fun, I highly recommend it. It was a very cathartic process that resulted in a concise concept album. I will be posting the record for free online on this site soon. Also I will explain a little more what it’s about when that time comes.
Below are some pictures from when I returned from Chapel Hill in the first weekend of November when I finished recording. T’was beautiful.
This is probably a good time to announce that from now on the name Hidden Lake Park will be used interchangeably+synonymously with my own name (Reed Benjamin) as far as most of my music releases go.
